Donation FAQ's

How do I schedule a pickup?

You can reach us by phone, email, or by completing our online request form.

Is there a fee for pickup?

No, we don't charge a fee, but we welcome discretionary donations to help cover the increasing costs of our pickup service.

Can you pack my books?

Unfortunately, we cannot pack books for donation, so please have them ready before we arrive. Additionally, we can't enter private residences and offer curbside, porch, or garage pickup only.

Do you take other household goods?

At this time, we only accept books, media, and clothing. We cannot accept game systems, electronics, household items, or furniture.

What do you do with donations you can't sell?

We sell most items individually or through our wholesale program. Items that can't be sold, usually due to damage or being outside our program's scope (such as household goods), are recycled or disposed of based on the material.
